FAQs

Do I need to schedule my install next year or will you contact me?

Absolutely! No worries over here. We are fully insured and prepared to provide you with a stress-free, beautiful Christmas light experience

What does "custom design" mean?

Yes! If you or someone you know is looking to have Christmas lights installed for their business, we would love to. We have worked with HOAs, RV Parks, and other small businesses in and around Waxahachie.

What’s included in the price?

Because of the type of lights we use, we are able to cut and install them to the measurements of your home with no extra hanging lights between strands or to the plug. You get a beautiful bright display of lights specially designed for you.

Do you offer both residential and commercial installations?

When should I book my Christmas light installation?

ASAP. Our schedule for the year fills up fast. If you're looking to get lights installed for the first time, you can get a quote as early as September. If you're a returning customer, we'll contact you about install dates we have available.

We use commercial-grade C9 LED lights that typically last about 8 years. If a bulb isn't working or goes out during the season, just shoot us a text and we'll come out and fix it as soon as we can.

We do not install store-bought Christmas lights. These lights are lower quality and not meant for custom design.

I bought lights from the store, will you put them up for me?

Yes! Every home is custom and we are glad to provide several quotes based on what you may want. We have several customers (ourselves included) who start with the roofline and every year or two add windows, arches, landscaping, garages, tree wrapping and more.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Waxahachie, TX and currently serve the DFW area.

Are you insured?

For residential jobs, you provide a large container with a lid and store them until the next year.

What type of lights do you use and what happens if a light stops working during the season?

Yes! We will begin take down on the first week of January and and are usually finished by middle to end of the month

Do you come back to take the lights down after Christmas?

We will start contacting customers at the end of September to Mid October to schedule their yearly install

Do you offer custom packages based on home size or budget?

When you receive your quote you will get a price for the first year of installation that includes the purchase of the lights, custom designed and cut to fit your home, as well as a price for yearly install. Both include installation, maintenance and take down.

Do I get to keep the lights after the season, or do you store them for me?
